Newest addition to my froggy family :)

Last week I built a pretty decent terrarium (mostly from stuff I had laying around, tank, half log, branches, fake vine and a few fake plants. I got a pothos for it and planted it) in hopes to get some more RETFs at the expo I just attended. Well, this little guy/gal changed my mind about getting more retfs He/she doesnt have a name yet but, as soon as I saw it I couldn't refuse. Even my ex gf that went with me insisted I should get him lol and she doesn't even like frogs that much! Since I have it in a 40 gallon tank, I'll probably get 1 or 2 more later and make that a community enclosure


already being a misfit, crawling everywhere BUT the vines and branches and leaves I put in there for him... (hence all the substrate on him :\ )

Thanks. I think this is going to be a really fun one to own. It seems like it doesn't seem to mind that I'm around or handling every so often. I finally got it to eat a bit, seperate feeding container, picked off 3 crickets so I'm happy with that. Hints on sexing this species? Other than waiting for it to call. I read that males have a darker throat area?
