Whats wrong with my anole?

My parents bought an anole for me a couple weeks ago. Its just a baby, I think, and when they bought it and brought it home it began to develop a scab like growth on its eye. I don't know what it is and my parents cant afford to take it to a vet so... anyone have any idea what it is or could be??

looks like a scab to me, I would leave it alone but I don't know
