I love this! Newbie question, did you simply turn the tank sideways to get the height? and how do you attach the screen so that it doesn't fall off. Sorry if these are silly questions!

I am so totally motivated. I plan on getting some White's and Amazon Milky frogs and have two 29 gallon tanks for them and have wracking my brain try to decide what to do with them. Your vertical project is an inspiration for me. Your documentation of the build is clear and very helpful. As soon as finish the new digs for my FBT's I'll be starting on the new projects. Nope, your questions aren't silly at all! Yes, I turned the terrarium on it's side to attain that height. The terrarium I used was R-zilla's 40 gallon Critter Cage (it came with a sliding screen door. So I didn't have to do anything special to it to keep it attatched, which was nice : Zilla - Where Reptiles Rule » Critter Cage | Products ).
