Hi everyone. For the first time since I have owned him, Nugget refused to eat tonight. He is often out and about waiting for dinner since I feed him at the same time every night. Sometimes, if he is still burrowed, he will come out when he sees me coming or when he sees his food. Tonight, he was very much buried (just his little head peeping out of the substrate), and did not make a single move toward his dinner. Should I be worried yet? If he eats tomorrow should I just forget about tonight? This is not like him as he is a pretty hearty eater. Thanks in advance, guys, as always.
No worries. They will not eat every night. Sometimes they will refuse food. He may just want to digest what he ate last night. Just keeep him warm moist and humid and try again tomorrow. You could leave a couple crickets in with their hind legs broke off just incase he desides to have a snack.![]()
