you can if you want, but keep the temperature at around 80 degrees

No. UVB radiation is used by the body of reptiles/amphibians/ and even us to produce Vitamin D3 which helps metabolize calcium for healthy strong bones. We supply D3 through supplementation by dusting with a calcium supplement that contains Vitamin D3. So it is not necessary. Plus all UVB lights are fluorescent and fluirescent bulbs are usually to bright and can damage your Pacman's eyes.

They do benefit from 4 to 6 hours a day of UVB radiation, but its not necessary.
