if you have a metal screen top cover it w aluminum foil. cut a hole exactly the size of the heat lamp fixture. this will keep your humidity up easily. Iv done this for many years. be carful because your heat will increase as well. do some testing w a good thermometer before your frog is in the tank.

I've never heard of anyone using aluminium foil and cutting a hole that is pretty smart. I think its time I get rid of this plastic wrap ****!
