Tank size

Hello everyone, im new to the forum. It looks as if this is the right place to get some help with caring for our new african clawed frog 'Milky'. She is totally adorable. At the moment she is living in a 10 gallon tank which is fine but were looking to get her a little friend so we need to get a bigger tank. The one we've seen is quite alot bigger. 180 litres, it's 90l x 58h x 40d. Will it be too deep? I have read that it should only be 12 inches deep. It does seem along way for them to go to get oxygen! Any help will be greatly appreciated. thankyou

The bigger the tank the better. But and some floating plants or plants that reach the surface, so they can hang and breath.

That is definately not too deep. Especially if you keep the level down a bit to help prevent escapes in addition to a well sealed lid. They can and do hold their breath for quite some time and I doubt an extra split second of swimming up is going to kill them.
