Maybe a change in you're temperature or humidity?
Otherwise, a frog spending a lot of time in the water may be infected by worms or other parasites for example,
a check of the feces by a qualified vet may tell you what the problem is and how to treat this.

yeh I was thinking humidity. IV read that somewhere. Have U noticed change in temp/humidity levels? If ur worried id go to the vet
