    Default murky water help

So as some of yall know I am in the process of setting up an exo terra 24x18x24x, I have the diy misting, with a 760gph pump, about 4inches of water to make the pump work and above that an eggcrate false bottom and a fiberglass screen to keep the eventual substrate out of the false bottom. Today I went to go run the misting system so the water isn't set standing and the water in the false bottom was murky, milky even, does anyone know why?

How long have you had the water set up for? Do you have anything in the water yet? (fish/aquatic plants etc)
