    He looks like a North American toad to me..My daughter catches frogs and toads around here and lets the go free..I'm sure someone can give you a definite answer though..

    Definitely not. Toads are dry, bumpy and have non-webbed fingers that come to a point.

    The frog photographed here clearly has wet skin, webbed back feet, and sticky round toe pads.

    My vote is Cuban Treefrog (Osteopilus septentrionalis), but I'm certainly not an expert.
