Hi everyone,

My name is Debbi and I'm thrilled to be a new member of your forum. After finding a kids swimming pool filled with at least 1000 tadpoles a while back I've taken great pleasure in helping grow my little friends and share them with local schools and daycare centres (all of which I'm overlooking the care received). I'm 90% sure they are green frogs as we have alot around of late, plus a 'Daddy' who hangs around his crew. This week they have developed legs and three of which have developed arms. I have transferred these guys into a separate area with shallow water and rocks/sticks. They still have long tails so I'm assuming they will go soon. I'm SUPER nervous about this stage, especially with so many tadpoles to care for. I'm unsure when's the best time to move them or the best environment to put them into. I also have photos to share, which I assume live in a different area so I'll post them asap. We have had no deaths to date, but am preparing myself (just in case)..I'm a hopeless animal lover, even the little ones!!! I'm preparing to collect insects tonight. If these turn out to be toads I'm going to be devistated!!!

Thanks in advance for any guidance. I'll search through your forum for some previous posts and advice.
