If they're anything like grey tree frogs they need a large water area with lots of limbs and sticks coming out. I prefer to use spring water with my animals. Mist them frequently, and perhaps warm them up a few degrees.

Again, the above advice is what I've learned in my research of breeding grey treefrogs (hyla versicolor). You should do your own research on your species to make sure the information I'm giving you is correct.
