Salt tolerance of African Dwarf Frogs

Hello there, I have a question about the salt tolerance of ADFs. I have a 5 gallon tank with two ADFs and a betta. I found a couple suspicious white spots on the fish and am going to treat for ich with salt.
My question is what concentration of salt ADFs usually tolerate? I am planning on going up to 0.2%, by 0.05% increases every 12 hours. These are going to be very accurate, I am not going by tsp/gallon but by gram/liter.
Will the frogs be fine or should I house them separately for the time being? But here I would neither have a spare filter nor a spare heater though (temperature is usually at around 78F).

i know mine didn't tolerate it well, also frogs as far as I know are more resistant to ick, I would place them in a separate tank as long as the temp is stable they will be fine, filters aren't necessary if you feed them the correct amount, I have kept dwarfs in vases for years without issues as long as they can get air they are good.

as for the betta I would also raise the temp in your tank about one degree F a day until it's in the low 80's this will speed up the ick life cycle and make it go away easier

Keep in mind with the ick that it will appear to go away quickly. Don't be fooled though. There is a portion of their life cycle when the will lay dormant in the tank for a couple of weeks and then mature and attach themselves to your fish. Continue your treatments for the specified time. Having ideal water parameters and a stable environment is always the best defence against the parasite though. Most fish have the ability to resist it naturally when healthy.
