i give mine mealworms, crickets and waxworms. i dont bother with tongs tho as id b there all night feeding them, plus i think they enjoy creeping up and pouncing on the crickets (mealworms are now in a dish). personally i dont feed my frogs that much, and as said mine r bigger than urs. i feed them about every 3 days with crickets but they constantly have the mealworms there. as lynn said if u feel they are putting on weight too quickly then cut them down. usually ull just have to go by judgement.
