Has anyone ever seen a boil like bump on a pacmans head or lip?

I've heard of it, but have never seen it myself. Could be possible skin infection. You might want to take the frog to a herp vet to be checked out and make sure of what it is. Dropsy can also cause this and can be more serious.

Does it feel like fluid inside? Like a blister? Or is it just a knot?

Hmm might be an infection if swollen. Even if not you could put Neosporine on the wounds so they dont become infected. Original Neosporine without painkiller of course.

Ok. Let me know what you find out. There are a few things that can cause sores like fungal infections and bacteria as well as slamming into the enclosure wall. Hope its nothing.
