    Default Rapid breeding?

Ok so from what I have read. The green tree frog will need to be put through a fake winter and then be able to breed in the spring. So is it posable to put them through the fake winter by lowering the humidity and temp. Then breeding about 8 weeks later then starting a fake winter again and then again breeding them 8 weeks after that. Like breeding them more than one time a year? Would this work assuming the frogs is strong and healthy?

    Default Re: Rapid breeding?

I've never bred frogs, only reptiles, but I'm pretty sure that won't work. I doubt you can trick your frog's instincts that way and even if you could, I wouldn't recommend it. Overbreeding is dangerous to any animal's health and the stress involved can cause lowered a immune system leading to sickness or death
