Bird perches in the vivarium?

They will work fine but you should remove the bolts since the moisture in the tank will eventually cause them to corrode.
There are some cool bird perches I believe labeled as "Crazy" or "Wacky" perches and they are actually Monkey Vine which is a great accent for tree frogs.

Could you use the bird tree branch perches for Vampire crabs aswell.
