Female Tree Frog Problem

I am sure the info is on here somewhere but I am not finding what I need at the moment.

To start off I have two WTFs (1male and 1female). Ive had the male about.. 3 years now and decided to get another WTF about a little over a month ago. I quarantined her, did three stool checks (which were neg and a week apart) she was eating well, soaking, green as can be and active. I decided to introduce her to the larger tank (18x18x24) and to the other frog. Thing have been going well... till..

About a week ago I had seen behind her butt a small sized white diarrhea mess that was foul! I took her out of the tank and did a stool check (pos. for pinworms) I treated her with 1g fenbendazole solution for three days (was going to treat again in 10 days for another 3 days). On the third day she had a BM and it was normal but quite large. So today I decided to add a few gut loaded/dusted crickets into the tank she is in, to eat. She used to to gobble them up.. now she isnt doing much but staying stuck to the corner of the tank. How long should I give her to eat?

The tank is 10gals that I have her hosp. in. Temp is about 75-80F, Humidity is about 60%. The tank now has a soaking dish and a log. All on white paper towels for each cleaning etc.

Could she be stressed from the tank switching, meds? She is still very green, hasnt lost any weight so far (she is about 44g) but has degreased soaking though.

Any help would be nice!
