Distilled water has no minerals in it. The frogs need the minerals that they absorb from regular water. If a pacman was only exposed to distilled water (in its soaking dish, substrate, and misting) then it would eventually die from lack of minerals. Minimal exposure should not cause any permanent health issues. Avoid spraying your frog directly and your little buddy should be fine.![]()

He was so confused and started running about in his tank, and waving his little hands. Then he sulked under the log for a week! I felt so bad for doing it at the time, but now I know the months have passed and he's fine and happy, I think it's quite funny looking back!! aww bless him, I'd never directly spray him again though. poor boy!
