Pac Man vs Pyxie!

Very colorful frog and love the first pic. Are both eyes that black with no pupils? Have not seen an African Bullfrog with eyes like that; think they have horizontal pupils. Could it be another species?

If their eyes are like Pacman frogs when fully awake and ligting is low you can't see the muscles around the pupil. Grif's eyes appear completely black occationaly. Perhaps Pyxies are the same.

My Pac Man was sold to me as a green pac man, and i was informed via this forum that he is a brown pac.. so who knows what Bruce really is lol
i only got him yesterday, and burrowed last night and is still in there, so i haven't seen his eyes today

Demon eyes... he, he, he. Yep, they are cool and so is the intense yellow area in frogs belly.

I tried feeding Bruce tonight, fully expecting him to not be settled in enough to eat... WRONG!! lol What a good boy! He took some crickets and some worms! My silly pac still won't eat worms for me, but i just keep tryin!

pyxies are bigger move around more and are hardier.

That is a cool pixie...definitely a dwarf pixie frog, but still cool. Just wont get as big unfortunately.
