Pyxie's are definitely more active, and way hardier in my opinion. I always try to keep really consistent temps for my pac, because if I don't I notice his appetite slows quick. My pyxie has endured some pretty decent temperature drops with no effects at all though. The last month I had my pyxie at my friends house until I could bring her to my new apartment. I went there and her temps were 72. It must have been like that over a month too, because he was basically caring for her that whole month, but wasn't aware of the low temp. I was pretty upset to say the least, but she never stopped eating or even slowed down. I wouldn't try this at all, but if that was my Pac-Man, he's probably be dead. Also, pacs seems to like higher humidity all the time, where as Pyxies are a little more lenient with it I believe. I keep my pac at around 80% all the time. My pyxie is in an all water setup now, so I guess you can say her humidity is always high lol. But I don't think they're as picky. Good luck, and have fun!!
