lol thadmy u read my thoughts. was going to ask about these myself for Red-Eyed Leaf Frog's. How good are they for feeding Red-Eyed Leaf Frog's? or would crickets be best? i like em to help break down the dead stuff to.

My red eyes try them out on time to time base, the woodlice that is.
I see them eating the white ones as they crawl up the wood now and then.

My offspring loved to jump on them when they crawled up on the leaflitter as well.
It's a great foodsource, but not the daily thing for an adult red eyed tree frog.
It's always best to try and give them a wide variaty of food items.
Not sure what is readily available around you, but i feed them mainly crickets and for a change i use waxworms and their moths, small grasshoppers, butterworms, silkworms and small roaches now and then.
This will be a better diet then only providing one food item all the time, just as it would be best for humans to eat varied.

Yeah I plan on getting clowns and I wanted them just to keep the tank clean. I figure if the frogs eat them time to time great. I had planned on feeding them a staple of FF and crickets.
