Another male or female thread!

Hi all,

First time poster - I've had my bullfrog for a few months now and I'm wondering if people can figure out the sex of my little one. It is about 3.5 inches.

looks like a female.... play some bull frog recordings when you feel "she" is mature if she calls its a he, if not it's a she. I think its a she because of the small throat and small ears, males usually have more prominent facial features

I agree...ears are rather small. Looks like a girl.

Those armpits are pretty rich in color to be female..

This one is a tough one but head profile in picture #2 looks to be a male. Take more pictures in a couple weeks.

I also believe your frog is male. Head size to body ratio as well as bright lower lateral coloration.

Does your pyxie croak? I got another one for Christmas, and he has not stoped croaking since last week. To me, the only convincing way to tell is the croaking
