Default 20 gal long laying around. >:)

So, I just moved my retf to his new home. Now I have this pretty nice 20 gallon enclosure laying around. Stood her up vertically and said to myself "That's a nice canvas to start with." Now before I start brainstorming I was thinking about standing it up vertically, silicon sealing a good size piece of plexiglass at the bottom to be able to hold substrate/etc. Now one thing, will the huge screen front of this thing cause it to have poor humidity throughout the day? Thanks in advance.

Yes it will cause you to lose humidity, and let me guess it has a sliding track for the door. I know there was someone else on here that needed help converting a sliding lid, look for the post because someone that commented on it has a way to make a door for it.

Yeah the sliding door, and thanks, I'll check it out. I just may just leave it horizontal and do half water half land and get something semi-aquatic. We'll see, just have plenty of ideas going on right now because I really wanted to get a White's next. Thanks Thad.

A half water have land would be a GREAT tank for Vietnamese Mossy Tree Frogs, since as they seem to get older they spend more time in the water.

Yessss I was looking at those last night. Gotta see what the availability on those here in town are though, or maybe wait for the next expo that comes near me.
