    I used this method, in addition to adding alot of moss to my new Vivarium. Like the OP I was worried about the frog ingesting that stuff. Even if she did (which I'm sure she did) she didn't seem to have too much of an issue

    My white's tree frog ingested the coconut fiber substrate while eating crickets -- the vet removed it from her mouth, throat, and stomach. It was packed tightly in her. She's not out of the woods yet, still might die. I am going to try a non-ingestible liner with a perforated container of wet sphagnum moss for humidity.
