    Default Pocket's legs

Hey all! Sorry I haven't been around.... I'm happy to report pocket is eating on his own again and still has a sour attitude!
I recently bought a new frog a couple of weeks ago. From observing I notice that pocket still doesn't look right. He never has. He's almost two years old and hasn't gotten bigger than a golfball. His front legs just seem off to me. He never sits up. He'S normally just laying there. When he moves it's really only his back legs that move and they kind of fling behind him pushing the substrate out of the way. He gets around, sits in his bowl and covers himself in substrate. He will go after crickets if he wants to but he normally waits for them to come to him. Other than when he got sick a few.months ago... He has been healthy and I'd say he's close to 100%now. Any ideas? I honestly think there is some kind of genetic mutation or something. I would take him in but there really is no good herp very around here. And, he seems to be okay generally. Thanks for any feedback.

Oh, funny story. I was on vacation and had my neighbor looking after my frogs. She came up with newer when I got home. She said Pocket had been mostly hanging out in his dish and burrowing but keeping his head out.... I went over to his tank... Excited to see.him... Open it up and say "hi pocket! did you miss me???" Bam! If looks could kill.. It was like he was saying "damn, you again..." He started flinging substrate and was completely covered in five mins. Yep, pocket doesn't like me.

I am glad to hear that pocket is doing much better! I had followed the thread from when he was sick, and hoped he would get better. About him not going after crickets that is normal. They like to wait for their prey to come to them. They are lazy frogs, which to me makes them more appealing because it is funny!

I'm so glad that Pocket is almost fully recovered. His growth was probably stunted due to malnutrition and perhaps your sister didn't practice good husbandry with him resulting in deformity and stunted growth.

Lol! Some Pacman frogs as well as other species have quite the attitude. He was probably just pretending to be mad at you because you left him with a stranger.
