Thinking about building a new tank for my froggies!

I was thinking about it, and want to build a new tank for my 3 frogs!
Now, here's my question:
What materials to you recommend?

I plan on having a totally tricked out set!

Here's what I want on it:
Material needs:
30 gal size (More height than the other)
Made out of safe materials for frogs
Nothing that will grow baterical objects
Can heat up safely
Feature wants:
A rainfall system
Divided in the middle (Half/Half)
Fan powered AirFlow Port
Automated Daytime/Nighttime System (Built into tank)
Camera setup (Kinda like Frog Forum's FrogTV!)

That's all I can think of for now. I'll have simple schematics shown soon.
But what materials would I need for this? I'm asking so I'll make sure I don't forget anything!
