How to retrieve password

I've got a case of “old age” going on and can not remember my password and didn't write it down when I created this account (shame on me). Any one know how I can retrieve this info?

I forgot mine the other day and had to type in a code and make a new one. you can always go into your settings and change it from there too. Then write the new one down.
