Default Had a little surprise the other night...

Well, it so turns out that my retf Twiggy is not a female.

I woke to some nice croaking the other night !

So, I have one female (Stickers), and 2 males (Twiggy & Bubbles).

Awesome! 2.1 is much more recommended than 1.2 in terms of breeding. You know what to do!

    Lol!!!!!!!!!

I have to chuckle!!!! Perhaps my opinion is better left unsaid, hee hee!

Though, if nature takes it's course, I'd imagine my beautiful Stickers will just smile as the boys find crazy ways to entice her, one trying to outdo the other, of course :P, lol!!!

In all seriousness though, it was a nice surprise .

He's up right now. Just a few tunes so far. I pulled out my phone to tape him and he stopped. So I am patiently waiting to capture his next tune .

Lol! I sometimes call him Twiggs. That should do just fine. Mr. Twiggy, lol!

    Haha how cute !

You could place a recorder by his enclosure, so next time he calls, the recorder picks it up . I do that with my Woodies and my whites. It’s like I’m a spy secretly capturing their private conversations lol !

As long as they are happy & healthy, that's what really matters. But I love hearing the males call & chatter.

Thanks everyone! I'm quite happy. I'm not sure if I'll breed yet or not. I am, however going to redo the viv soon though. I found a local greenhouse with lots of tropical plants .

Congrats! That's great. Just because you found out Twiggy is a boy I don't think you necessarily have to change the name. I had a White's Delilah. Thought she was a girl, but it turns out I was wrong. The frog didn't change just because you found out something new. Twiggs and Mr. Twiggy are great spins though!
