He does look skinny. Especially his legs. He needs a vet Ian. I wish there was more that I could do for you and your frog. You can try to force feed him. He needs food for energy. If he is not eating on his own. If you need help with this task members with experiance canadvise you through it. I really hope you can get him to a herp vet.
