eh an autopsy may be in order if I see any signs from my other frogs. The rack that he was in holds roughly 200-250 dollars worth of frogs, not sure how much an autopsy would be.

I do not supplement. I have been growing out pixies and pacman for a few years now and have never had any issues with a mixed diet. The frog that died was only in my possession for a months time, I doubt nutrition would hit him so rapidly, remember he ate like 12-15 pieces of earth worm 5 days ago. His appetite and activity was hardy.
