Hi,

my Pyxie frog has a set up of 50cm long and 35cm large at the moment. I will transfer it in a bigger one thiks year.

In this set up, I have e "Zoo med" half bark resin hidding place :

I heat the set up with a 50W "Dayling backing" spot from Exo Terra and I reach between 78.8°F and 89.6°F in 75% of the set up surface, so it's ok.

What I notice now, is that my frog spends all its days under this hidding place (Completely hidden and not half-hidden as on the picture) and the nights in the water bowl.

Until 2 weeks ago, it spent its days outside, half burried in the substrate, waiting for a prey.

Under this hidding place, there is only 75.2°F. That means it spents all its days since 2 weeks at 75.2°F.

- Isn't it dangerous for its health ?
- Why it doesn't put itself at heat as before ?

thank you.
