Question Is my White's Tree frog okay?

He is a juvenile and has been with me for about 5-6 months. Healthy as can be, one of the best hunters ever. Recently I noticed a little lump on his throat. It looks like if you were poking your finger into your cheek from the inside of your mouth. It doesnt majorly concern me, but I am curious if this is just him going through maturity or....

    Thanks,
    Shawn.
