How old is your Albino? Photos of the pink area would help. Chytrid has several symtoms and they don't all always show. Usually the affected area is dry and flakey and can form lesions or sores and be discolored. There is no sure fire way to diagnose chytrid without your frog being seen by a specialist. I would have a vet look at your frog and run a test for the fungus before treating your frog and causing unecissary stress. I'm sure the early awakening caused enough especially in such cool/low humid conditions.
its not a good pic he is 2years old he lives in a rack setup

Its hard to tell. I've never seen chitryd first hand, but it doesn't really look like the pictures I've seen. Usually symptoms show up on the abdomen and legs but I haven't heard of it on their feet. Is the belly red or irritated? Was he showing any symptoms or unusual behavior before aestivation, such as exessive shedding? Has there been a rise in temperature that could have triggered him to come out of aestivation?
Again, it is hard to tell from one picture, but it almost looks like it is rubbed raw. Is there anything on the bottom of his enclosure that he could be rubbing against and chaffing his skin? If you believe it to be chitryd then it is best to have a vet confirm before treatment.
It actually looks swollen. Could be parasites or some kind of infection. Some frogs have a pinkish color on the bottoms of their feet or belly, if that were the case I'm pretty sure you would have noticed the normal color of his feet since you've had him so long. What kind of hibernation container was he kept in and what were temp and humidity levels?
