How old is your Albino? Photos of the pink area would help. Chytrid has several symtoms and they don't all always show. Usually the affected area is dry and flakey and can form lesions or sores and be discolored. There is no sure fire way to diagnose chytrid without your frog being seen by a specialist. I would have a vet look at your frog and run a test for the fungus before treating your frog and causing unecissary stress. I'm sure the early awakening caused enough especially in such cool/low humid conditions.
its not a good pic he is 2years old he lives in a rack setup

Its hard to tell. I've never seen chitryd first hand, but it doesn't really look like the pictures I've seen. Usually symptoms show up on the abdomen and legs but I haven't heard of it on their feet. Is the belly red or irritated? Was he showing any symptoms or unusual behavior before aestivation, such as exessive shedding? Has there been a rise in temperature that could have triggered him to come out of aestivation?
Again, it is hard to tell from one picture, but it almost looks like it is rubbed raw. Is there anything on the bottom of his enclosure that he could be rubbing against and chaffing his skin? If you believe it to be chitryd then it is best to have a vet confirm before treatment.
It actually looks swollen. Could be parasites or some kind of infection. Some frogs have a pinkish color on the bottoms of their feet or belly, if that were the case I'm pretty sure you would have noticed the normal color of his feet since you've had him so long. What kind of hibernation container was he kept in and what were temp and humidity levels?
its pink under is belly and his nuptial is pink made what the rack is made of but they dig and dig a there is a reptile vet but not specalized frogs and its expensive i plan to neutred my dog

How long has he been in hibernation? They won't eat usually after the first emerge and he is probably stressed from waking up way too early and especially if he was asleep for a pretty long period. It can be dangerous if the awaken early during estivation. I would PM Jessica of Ivory Reptiles and see if she can also advise you on what to do. I have not put either of mine down for estivation so this is not a problem I've experienced. Chytrid is very hard to diagnose without testing. Exotic pet vets are expensive, but if you believe something serious is wrong like chytrid he may be able to swab the area and then send it off to a lab to be tested like they do with blood tests for them.
What temp and humidity levels was he kept at?
Looks like what we call "Pink Butt".....it is known commonly as Red Leg
Reddened belly and legs. This may be a symptom of the dreaded disease, aptly named, red leg. Gently press on the reddened area. if it remains red when you remove your finger, it could be red leg. If not, when you remove your finger the skin will be the normal color. It could be irritation from rubbing around in their tank or stress. If you handle your frog too much his belly may be pinkish, a sign he's not thrilled with your attention. When no longer stressed, his belly color returns to normal.
Here is a link, hope this helps!

I really hope its not red leg. I've read it can be difficult to treat and usually when its to the point of showing badly its not easily reversed.
i hope not
