Can someone please take a look

I have recently been gifted with a new WTF.. an I cherish him deeply! Today during feeding time I noticed these two lil spots on his back legs. They look as if fresh meat is exposed! He is moving, climbing an feeding just as expected. His terrarium is at 73 degrees an humidity is 70ish percent.

Any help would be much appreciated

HMmm, I've never seen this before. It looks like his left leg is inflamed. Maybe someone else on here would be able to help u out better than my observation.

I would take him to a vet. The leg does as Shanny said look inflamed. Could be infected. Those spots do look like wounds which could be the cause of the inflamation. Could also be worm burrows. Might be best to take him to a vet.
