what is this now?

I have 3 store bought southern toads Ive owned for about a year...They are doing good & have gotten bigger. they are all males. Ive noticed a growth on the end of one of my frogs nose?? it seems to go down alittle so I thought maybe an injury healing but now its getting longer,like a pinnochio nose sticking away from face making his head look pointed? it doesnt effect him eating so far,any clues what is happening? if it keeps growing it will effect him eating??has any one seen this before?
