Hi, i dont know if this is the right place for this, but i was just wondering if a brita filter removes all the bad things and makes the water ok to use with my pacman frog? On the box it says it has activated carbon with ion resin.

I would imagine it would be ok but it isnt preferred. Just to be safe I would allow the filtered water to sit out a day or two in a container to allow any remaining chlorine to evaporate.
No it does not. It does not remove amonia or chlorimines which also can't be removed through boiling. It is better to treat your water with a conditioner/de-chlorinator. I wouldn't try it.
ok, thanks guys, i am currently treating my water with prime, so if i filter the water through the brita filter and then boil it, that would be ok?
Depends the type of chlorine your water company uses.
