see I dont like fruit flies because they could easly get out of my exo terra tank as there is a gap betwean the doors and they could just fly away can you get wingless ones and they look very difficuilt to take out of the box lol is there any other food i could give them.
The main staple for your dart frogs should be fruit flies. Pin heads are fine but you should think on changing over to fruit flies. There are some threads that address the issues with darts and Exo-Terrra enclosures and how to seal them up to reduce the amount of flies lost through the screen and seals on the door/doors.
One of the things to be noted here is that the media for culturing fruit flies contains some of the needed nutrition required by the frogs.
Can dart frogs survive on pin heads dusted with vitamins and calcium? Not sure the long term answer to that.

ok thank you i will get a big box of them tomoro i think i need to just seel my tank better as i care about the frog more than being worried about one or two flies escapeing (:
The screen in the Exo is going to allow escape. Putting a No_See_Em bug screen material under the top will stop the escapes there.
There is a way to make the door seals better that was done by John and makes sealing the door easy. I can't seem to find the thread but its here somewhere.
The bugs will escape from the vent screen on the front too.
To reduce the escapees you can also put a piece of banana in a small bottle cap and place that into the viv somewhere. Many flies will be attracted to it and this makes a feeding station where the frogs will come to eat.
