    Exclamation Whites Tree Frog Injury.

I am concerned about my whites Tree Frog. it has injured its nose by jumping at the lid on the tank. I have two kept in a 20 gallon tall fish aquarium. The temps are 75-76 degrees F during the day and down to 73 at night Humidity is between 50-60%. I am not sure if it tried to get a cricket that may have gotten onto the screen or if it was trying to get out. Is there anything I can do to prevent it from injuring itself further. I have two I think both are males, but have not had any calling to be sure. Also I have been thinking about possibly turning the tank vertical and making it a vertical tank. Would this be better for them or is it better to keep it horizontal to give them more room.
