Default RETF New and need some help!

Hello I am new to owning a RETF and I have nice set up for them I bought a pair form a petstore and now noticing some other pics on here they seem a little more plump than mine. I have noticed mine havent eaten since i got them at least not sure when the petstore last feed them or if they even ate any; but two days have gone by an dthey dont budge at the sight of a cricket the curl up when a cricket crawls on them and dont show any interest in eating. They dont look healthy by all means they didnt have the correct set up in the tank either so i am wonderin what i cna do to persude them to eat. I have their tank set up nicely with all their requirements needed and I mist every am and pm, I am use to my Dumpy tree frog they are easy and eat a lot with no problem.

I know RETF are very sensitive and need time to adjust but i dont want them to die from not eating, they r very thin

    Thanks

Mine never ate for the first 2-3 days when I got them. They just needed time to get use to their new home and adjust from stress. As hard as it was I kept my distance only going near them when necessary to change water, clean, check temp and humidity, feed ect. They will eat when they are ready just give them time and make sure the temps are rite and they have a consistent day night cycle.

Mine is on day 4 without eating! He however is still kinda plump so I have high hopes that he will snap outta it and start eating! How many days should I let him go before I start to worry? I have him at 75 degrees and 80% humidity so I think the viv is ok!

    Yay glad he's eating
I wouldn't worry much, I had to withhold food from mine for a week after a prolapse

Congratulations on your frog eating at home. Next time do ask shop when last fed and if animal looks skinny; request to witness it eating.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
