Will this tank work for green/gray tree frogs

Never used it, but I would not use it for anything really. Perhaps a temporary quarantine tank, if even that. The concern is the tiny size of it, just 10*10*12 inches. I personally think that's not enough for any kind of frog.

I agree with Martin on being to small for a tree frog. It will house one but not allow that much freedom for movement what so ever.
The other issue with that enclosure is the amount of humidity and heat loss it will have due to all the ventilation holes.

I agree with Martin & Don. If you want your tree frog happy AND healthy rule of thumb is 1 frog = 10 gal tank.
