Hey. Am not all that experienced with frog-keeping. I've had African clawed frogs and African dwarf frogs. Right now I only have an African clawed frog. But I was hoping to get a dart frog sometime in the near future. I want to set up a really nice-looking vivarium for it. Any tips on doing that? Also, what're some good dart frogs to start out with? Also, what kinda plants are readily available and affordable that I could use for the vivarium?
i recently just started on dart frogs too! so I'm not speaking from much experience, this is just what I've learned so far. I've heard a lot of people say that most of the dendrobates are great beginner frogs, and they look really cool too! any tips for the vivarium? id say to watch a lot of videos of people making their vids and you can take what you see from that and change it to the way that you like it! plants were hard for me, i could get some tropical plants at loses, home depot, and walmart but my coolest plants i got from a reptile expo. but maybe there are some good stores with cool plants near you!
