Default how many wtfs in this terrarium?

well im hopin to upgrade my terrarium to a 90x45x45cm rather than the teeny 30x30x45cm i have got atm. i have two whites, but i was wonderin how many (fully grown) whites i could put in this new sized tank. i dont want them to be cramped hence the upgrade (willow and oki r fine in the terrarium they r in now but once they get bigger they just wont have enough room). i figured i could get another in this larger size tank quite easily. i understand 1 frog=10 gallons but i have no idea wot gallon size this terrarium equates to. if someone could give me some ideas as to either wot gallon size this is or how many whites i could comfortably get into the tank id b grateful, cheers

Google is your friend! Just type "x cubicmeter in gallon" or any other units that you want to convert to and from, and the builtin converter will do the work for you.
In this case, you can type "(9*4.5*4.5) liter in gallon", since one cubic decimeter is one liter. About 48 gallons, in other words. Remember, when in doubt, google!

haha thanks, im not the best at maths and even tho uv worked it out for me im still confused lol. thank u so much. so i could get 4 frogs 5 at a push. wicked. i read somewhere that the 30x30x45 was an 8.9 gallon (not sure if this is right) but i thought this is far too small once they fully grown so really want to get them a big home. think ill maybe get 4 so that they have the extra room. thank u

    A 30*30*45 is about 10.7 gallon.
Yes, it's a bit of a hassle since the stubborn americans can't use a system that acually make sense (and the rest of the world uses)
For future refernence, let me give you a easy way to calculate volume:

10 cm = 1 dm (as I'm sure you know)
    1 cubic dm = 1 liter

Therefore, the easiest way is to just multiply the dimensions in dm instead of cm. This way, you'll get the answer in liters.
So to calculate a 30*30*45cm exoterra, you just:
    3*3*4.5dm = 40.5 cubic dm (liters)
Then, just google "40.5 liter in gallon"!
If you want to do it the other way around, just google "10.7 gallon in liter". If you want to do it the old way, just multiply the liters with 0.2646 and you'll get the answer answer in gallon:
    40.5*0.2646 = 10.7

And lastly, if you want to convert gallon into liter the old way, multiply the gallons with 4.54609 and you'll get the answer in liter:
    10.7*4.54609 = 48.643163

    Hope this helps!

awww thank u!! i think i shouldve paid more attention at school. yeh it is awkward that in the uk (and im guessin most other places) the terrariums dont come in gallons (fish tanks come in litres here) but the terrariums come with.....well....nothing, really useful lol. i did read that the one i currently have is 9.8 gallons or round about and i was quite shocked. wen i bought my whites i was told this would b the right size, but i think she was just thinkin for now and not wen they were fully grown, so am a bit gutted. i always buy houses for pets but then end up buyin them somethin huge to live in lol. thought id got it right this time. oh well hopefully i can get my hands on this bigger one and thatll b it. i do intend to sell the smaller one after using it for quarantine for the new frogs well get but i may end up gettin just one frog from a different species lol. well see. thanks for ur help!

Gallons are only used in the US, so no, you will not find gallons anywhere else
Personally, I think using volume as a messurement for a terrarium is quite suboptimal. The actual dimensions is much more important, if you ask me, because then you'll get all the information you need (and the volume, if you have the dimension).

Glad you guys liked the picture
