Ok my frog is doin it again! Wen we had our two frogs they were the same size, now willow is the bigger of the two and oki is the smaller. I'm assumin the oki is male and willow female. This is the second time I have seen oki doin this-he sits there openin his mouth very wide. The 1st time I saw it it reminded me of someone gaspin for air but I'm now wonderin if he is in fact male that it could b somethin to do with him tryin to croak. They are only very young still and measure about 1 1/2 - 1 3/4". Does anyone know wot is goin on. I'd b really grateful if someone could shed some light onto this matter as I'm unsure if this is normal behaviour or if I should b worried. Iv never seen willow do it. Oki is eatin fine and humidity etc is normal. He is movin around as normal (he's the quieter/shier of the two). They r whites btw. Thanks
He might be trying to shed.

Without a picture, it's impossible to say, but it sounds like normal shedding behavior, like Jimifrog said.

Definetly sounds like shedding also from time to time my Pacmans will do this and it looks like a huge yawn. Kind of like stretching their jaw muscles.
Just in case you don't believe everyone else, it's shedding.
