I have no idea. but I pour water in every day or two to change his bowl and moisten the dirt and plants. and there is a (60 or 40 watt I think) heat lamp during the day.

i was told by my exotics pet shop owner not to have heat lamps for frogs because it drys out there skin because there not basking animals, and to have a heat mat on the side of the tank and not on the bottom because that just dries out the tank. Also how big are your frogs and what are they eating?
