I'm looking to upgrade my old fluorescent lighting on some of my tank racks. For a setup with four 10 gallon verticals on one rack shelf should I use a single T5 HO Bulb Fixture or a duel bulb unit? A 48 inch 54 watt HO Bulb puts out between 4700 and 5000 Lumens. I have creeping fig and bromeliads in these tanks.

Hey Mike :-)
I run two T5s on my 24 inch tall Exo and it still doesn't seem like enough lighting so I also have two CFL bulbs on the viv. Plants grow like made.

I use a 2 bulb HO T5 setup on a 40 breeder. If the tank were any deeper I would need more light.

This would be for a 40 breeder in the vertical position. I'm trying a couple 25 watt spiral CFL's for the rear of the tank and a dome 200 Watt equivalent Spiral CFL in a dome for projecting light deeper down. The one bulb in the dome puts out like 2200 Lumens.
