Six new frogs are currently in my house!

The three borealis are all males. The three mystery frogs look like they are a borealis and laevis hybrid. One female and two males.
Green in body, very faintly spotted, bright yellow thighs. The males have tiny spotting in the yellow that is a dark gray.

Not the best photos -this was their acclimating container. I let them sit in here to discard most of the shedding skin from the stress of shipping. I put red dots on the borealis and yellow dots on the hybrid.

Always fun when you perchase some new animals. You also have photos from taken from above?

(correct my spelling faults, I don´t know if perchase is written correctly)

    good luck with them

Here are a couple more photos of the "unknown" frogs.

First is the female - Here lovely green color does not well transfer in pictures but she is a beauty! The yellow on her thighs is a bright mustard color.

And here is one of the males...

At first glance it looks like a Borealis but the spotting underneath is just wrong from my experience.

Hard to tell, that´s a problem, when people try to create new colours. Normaly colouration would be a good way do determine the species but now it´s almost imposible.

Agreed - - I have a feeling a hybrid of Borealis and Laevis occurred - - and if it IS a hybrid, would they be able to breed?

Don´t know if they are capebel of breeding. But I wouldn´t do that cause then you create only more hybrids.
