    Here's Newman, Bobbers soon to be Tankmate!

    I'm keeping him in this 4 gallon quarantine tank for 30 days, so I will be putting him in Bobber's 20 Gallon viv on December 25... It'll be a Happy christmas Bobber & Newman!

    Here he is:

    He happily accepted 8 crickets for the forceps, a nice soak, a full belly, ya, newmans got it made now!

    Yup, he/she is (hopefully it's a she... I'd love baby chubbies... ) a great eater! And noo, 8 1/2" crickets! Quite an appetite!

    Hehe, yeah! Ever since I've gotten chubbies, they never cease to amaze me with the ammount of food they can consume! One word to describe those frogs: Globus!

    I actually think they should reconsider "Chubby" and call them Globus frogs! Ha ha!

    Awesome to hear just how readily your frogs have settled in Poly, the appetite seems very strong in these "Globus Frogs"

    I'd like to ask, are you trying your Chubby's on small Locust at all? My Tomato frog seems to like them, and I was always under the impression they are slightly more nutricous than crickets.

    Yes, a very strong appetite indeed! I've never used Locust's before, but I have tried Bobber on small, cut pieces of nightcrawlers, and he seemed to love them, so once they both get bigger, I'll be trying to switch them from crickets to nightcrawlers.
