Well Water? (and yes, I read the sticky on Water!)

I have well water. It was tested recently and is very high in Calcium, Magnesium, Iron. I could provide the exact numbers if requested..
Totally 'safe' water, but is it safe for a White's Tree Frog's water dish? I use distilled for misting...
And if safe, do I still supplement with calcium powder?
Sorry if it's a stupid question, but if I don't need to buy spring water or reverse osmosis that would be great
